Targeting CD38 with Daratumumab in refractory Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Single cell transcriptome and TCR sequencing of FACS-sorted memory T cells in one patient under treatment with the anti CD38-antibody Daratumumab. The patient received Daratumumab at days 0, 7, 14 and 21. Analyses were performed on day 0, 41 and 74. Sequencing of RNA and TCR was performed from FACS sorted memory (not CD45+CCR7+) T cells from the peripheral blood of 1 patient with the anti-CD38 antibody Daratumumab on day 0, 41 and 74, using the 10X Genomics platform with the Single Cell 5’ Library & Gel Bead Kit
