Its data is sourced from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) and Sequence Read Archive (SRA), and was processed using the kallisto aligner on a highly parallel cloud infrastructure, with the GRCh38 and GRCm39 genome reference sequences and Ensembl annotations utilized. Users can download the data in H5 format and perform data browsing and analysis via a 3D interactive viewer and search engine.
