Anaerobic fermentation of coal seam microorganisms

Using coal seam production water as the primary source of domesticated bacteria, enrichment and domestication were conducted in the laboratory, followed by simulated coalbed methane production experiments. Ethanol was primarily employed as the nutrient additive to investigate the mechanism by which ethanol enhances coalbed methane production.
