资源简介:
The Northern Manhattan Study (NOMAS) is a community-based cohort designed to investigate the incidence and risk factors of stroke, dementia, and other vascular outcomes. DNA methylation profiles were generated using the Illumina MethylationEPIC v1.0 BeadChip, which assays about 850k CpGs, from blood samples of self-reported Hispanic adults. Eligible participants were stroke-free, aged ≥40 years, and had resided in the Northern Manhattan community for at least three months. Bisulfite-converted DNA for 322 human blood samples were hybridized to the Illumina MethylationEPIC v1.0 Beadchip; whole blood from self-reported Hispanic adults, stroke-free at enrollment, with population-level summaries provided in the associated manuscript. *Please note that only technical sample attributes (Sample_Plate,Sentrix_ID, Batch (collection year: 2019 vs 2021)) are provided, as IRB/participant consent do not permit release of individual-level clinical variables, even in de-identified form*
