磷胁迫和干旱胁迫是小麦常见的非生物胁迫。This study constructed physiological of wheat seedling roots using two winter wheat with contrasting drought tolerance and phosphorus utilization efficiency. They were treated with drought stress under conventional–phosphorus level (CP: 1.0 mmol/L) and low-phosphorus levels (LP: 0.05 mmol /L), respectively. Then they were used for physiological detection after 0、3、5 and 7 days of drought and after-rewatering 3days. The objective of the present study was to increase the information about the effect of drought on the physicochemical characteristics of wheat root cultured by two phosphorus levels.
