虽然紫外辐射占总辐射的比例较小,但是由于其显著的生物、环境效应,使其成为大气环境、生态学研究的热点。 紫外辐射的联网观测开展得较晚,主要有20世纪80年代建立的欧洲紫外辐射观测网。国内也开展了大量的观测研究,如中国陆地生态系统研究网络开展了全国尺度的联网观测。但观测数据受到站点较少,时间尺度简短,还不足支撑辐射气候学、辐射长期变化及其对生态系统演替以及环境科学研究,因此基于现有站点观测数据构建适合于全国尺度紫外辐射重构方法,结合长期观测的常规气象数据以获得长时间、大空间尺度的紫外辐射数据。
Although ultraviolet (UV) radiation accounts for only a small fraction of total global radiation, it has emerged as a hotspot in atmospheric environmental and ecological research due to its pronounced biological and environmental effects. Networked observations of UV radiation were initiated relatively late, with the European UV Radiation Monitoring Network established in the 1980s being a representative early example. China has also conducted extensive observational and research efforts, such as the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (CERN), which has carried out national-scale networked UV radiation observations. However, the current UV radiation observational datasets are insufficient to support research on radiation climatology, long-term variations of radiation, their impacts on ecosystem succession and environmental science, owing to the limited number of monitoring sites and short temporal coverage. Therefore, it is imperative to develop a national-scale UV radiation reconstruction method based on existing site observational data, combined with long-term conventional meteorological observation datasets, to acquire UV radiation datasets with comprehensive temporal coverage and large spatial scales.
