In this research, we obtained the OsEXO70L2 mutant sr1, one subunit of exocyst complex, and the overexpression line OE-SR1 in indica Jinhui10, studying the relationship between OsEXO70L2 and arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis by using WT, sr1 and OE-SR1. All the samples were obtained by inoculated (+) or no-inoculated (-) with AMF Funneliformis mosseae.
