Standardized prediction outputs for reproducible benchmarking of CRISPR-Cas9 off-target prediction tools

This dataset contains standardized off-target prediction outputs and scored candidate tables used for reproducibility of the analyses in the manuscript “Systematic benchmarking of CRISPR-Cas9 off-target prediction tools reveals limitations and implications for preclinical assessment”. The archive contains normalized prediction contract files for each tool for the standard human full-cohort benchmark presented in the manuscript, no-bulge machine learning-tool prediction contract files used for the machine learning tool comparisons, and scored candidate tables used for the score-distribution analysis shown in Figure 2. These files allow the downstream benchmark summaries and manuscript figures to be reproduced without rerunning each external prediction tool in its native software environment. The archive is intended to be extracted in the `data/zenodo/` subfolder of the associated GitHub repository at https://github.com/maren-ha/OffTargetPredictionBenchmark.
