Study on the mechanism of Qianyang Yuyin Granule regulating Sestrin2/Nrf2/NOX4 pathway to inhibit cell pyroptosis and improve hypertensive kidney damage

The central hypothesis of this study is that Qianyang Yuyin Granule (QYYG) ameliorates hypertensive kidney injury by modulating the Sestrin2/Nrf2/NOX4 signaling pathway, leading to a reduction in oxidative stress and the inhibition of cellular pyroptosis.
This dataset constitutes the primary data of the present experimental study, encompassing original Western blot (WB) autoradiograph images, histopathological staining tissue sections, and semi-quantitative statistical data from immunohistochemistry (IHC).
