genome sequence of abalone asfa-like virus

Abalone amyotrophia is a viral disease that causes mass mortality in juvenile Haliotis spp. Although the cause had not been identified for a long time, we presumed a novel virus with a partial genome sequence similar to African swine fever virus as the pathogen, and we proposed abalone asfa-like virus (AbALV) as a tentative name of putative causative agent. Here we sequenced the genome of AbALV.
