These tab separated files include all native cancer samples and cancer cell line samples used.
Columns: sample ID, original NCIT code, cellosaurus ID, grouped NCIT code, bins.
Notes: cellosaurus ID is only given for cell lines, "Tumor" replaces the ID in neoplasia samples.All bins, duplications (1) and deletions (2), are merged while keeping their original order. Bin size: 5 Mb.
