资源简介:
Ni-based catalysts have garnered significant interest in the dry reforming of methane (DRM) due to their cost-effectiveness and notable activity. Via the surface organometallic chemistry (SOMC) method, which has emerged as a powerful tool to synthesize well-defined model catalysts for an array of reactions, we have synthesized size-distributed monometallic Ni nanoparticles (Ni-NPs) on Al2O3 (Ni/Al2O3) which has shown notably high activity and long-term stability. By conducting differential pair distribution function (d-PDF) analysis of X-ray total scattering, and ex situ as well as in situ time-resolved X-ray diffraction (TR-XRD) analysis, we aim to gain insights into how the support stabilizes the small-size Ni-NPs and to identify the Ni speciation under working state. The knowledge obtained above will help to elucidate the origin of the high activity and stability of Ni/Al2O3.
