Ewes were pastured on pastures fertilised with inorganic fertiliser (control) or biosolids. Ewes were maintained on respective fields for 1 month prior to mating by AI. Ewes continued on their respective pastures until birthing, where all animals were maintained on control pastures. At 8-weeks of age, ram offspring were euthanised and testes analysed by direct cDNA nanopore sequencing.
