- run gen_data_fig234.sh in data to generate data for Figs. 2, 3 and 4
- run gen_data_fig56.sh 1.0gen_data_fig56.sh 0.5 gen_data_fig56.sh 0.1gen_data_flex_fig5.shin data to generate data for Figs. 5 and 6
- use the script generate_plots.sh to generate each figure.
