GEPIA2

GEPIA2是一个基因表达谱交互分析数据库，主要用于癌症研究中的基因表达和生存分析。该数据库基于TCGA和GTEx项目数据，提供单基因、多基因和癌症类型的分析功能，包括差异表达分析、生存分析和可视化展示。GEPIA2由Zhang's Lab开发，于2019年在NAR期刊发表，目前已更新到2.0版本。GEPIA2 is an interactive database for gene expression profile analysis, mainly utilized for gene expression and survival analysis in cancer research. Built upon datasets from the TCGA and GTEx projects, this database provides analytical capabilities for single genes, multiple genes, and specific cancer types, including differential expression analysis, survival analysis, and visualization. GEPIA2 was developed by Zhang's Lab, published in the NAR journal in 2019, and has been updated to version 2.0 as of now.
