"This dataset consists of 800\u00d7800 pixel fluoroscopic X-ray images acquired from robotic sheath navigation experiments for transcatheter heart valve interventions (especially TMVR). Experiments adopted a robotic system to steer a cardiac guide sheath from Edwards Lifesciences across the fossa ovalis within a heart model phantom. It was controlled using a joystick remotely by a clinician in the control room. Acquired via bi-plane fluoroscopy, it contains paired left and right perspective image subsets to facilitate epipolar-constrained 3D reconstruction of large-diameter catheters. Supported by corresponding mask annotations, the dataset enables quantitative evaluation and benchmarking of catheter tip localization and full shape detection performance."
