Egyptian tourism is a huge national treasure that sometimes gets affected by scammers that hustle on the tourists and take advantage of them.Tis dataset was collected as a part of a graduation project that aimed at developing a mobile application that recognizes the faces of the Egyptian statues and displays information about them in an AR scene.And we managed to achieve a very high accuracy in recognizing the statues we trained our model on and built an AR scene where the user can explore the history of Egypt through his mobile camera and he also can view the history of ancient Egyptians for light reading without the recognition part.The product is a mobile application that helps tourists to know more information about the statues in front of them by scanning the statue. This application supports multiple languages to help the tourists understand the information provided by the application, also it supports online and offline mode for those who do not have internet connection.
