Endophytic bacteria and antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs) in lettuce leaf

Our research aims to characterize the endophytic bacterial communities in lettuce leaf under simulated microgravity and Earth gravity, with a focus on potentially pathogenic species, and to evaluate the abundance and diversity of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) while investigating their relationship with mobile genetic elements (MGEs) to elucidate potential transmission mechanisms in microgravity.
