2.5M OCI-AML2 cells per replicate according to previously reported protocol (Rao et al. 2014) with DPNII as a restriction enzyme. Libraries were sequenced using the NextSeq (Illumina) to generate paired-end 150-bp reads. Reads from 6 separate Hi-C replicates, were pooled together.EGA study EGAS00001004743
