北京冬奥会社会风险调查和等级评判数据集

通过调查问卷调查北京市居民、应急管理领域专家和学者对疫情期间举办冬奥会可能引发的社会风险对社会稳定影响程度的感知情况，问卷分为5个量表和13个风险指标，分别调查公共安全风险、民生风险、社会心理风险、政治风险以及经济风险对社会稳定的影响程度，并将得到的数据作为风险指标权重的确定依据。通过调查问卷邀请10位应急管理领域专家对13个疫情影响下北京冬奥会外溢社会风险的风险水平进行评判，得到风险评价矩阵。

To explore the perceptions of Beijing residents, emergency management experts and scholars on the impact of social risks potentially induced by hosting the Beijing Winter Olympics during the COVID-19 pandemic on social stability, a questionnaire survey was conducted. The questionnaire is structured with 5 scales and 13 risk indicators, which respectively investigate the influence degrees of public safety risks, livelihood risks, socio-psychological risks, political risks and economic risks on social stability. The acquired data is used as the basis for determining the weights of the risk indicators. Additionally, 10 emergency management experts were invited via the questionnaire to assess the risk levels of 13 spillover social risks associated with the Beijing Winter Olympics under the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the risk evaluation matrix was thus obtained.
