资源简介:
We describe transcriptomic changes in HMT-3522-S1 cells cultured in the acinar morphogenesis assay in reponse to either empty-nanolipoprotein stimulus, Her2-nanolipoprotien stimulus or control unstimulated cells. Overall design: HMT-3522-S1 nonmalignant human breast epithelial cells were cultured in laminin rich extracellular matrix hydrogels for 10 days in either control/no stimulus condition, in the presence of 5ug/ml nanolipoprotein particles comprised of His-tagged Apolipoprotein A1 and 1,2-dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, or in the presence of 5ug/ml nanolipoprotein particles containing the above plus human full length ErbB2 protein (Her2).
