Replication package: Screening Nepal's timber import supply chain for legality and deforestation risk, 2010–2022

Data and code reproducing all numbers, tables and figures in “Screening Nepal’s timber import supply chain for legality and deforestation risk: mirror trade evidence and an objective-weight MCDM origin screening index, 2010–2022” (Gauli, working paper). Contents: raw UN Comtrade extracts (Nepal HS 44 imports by partner and HS 4401–4421 by world, partner-reported exports to Nepal, reporter-status check), FAO FRA 2020 forest area, World Bank WGI 2024 update; processed tables; seven Python scripts (data build, analysis, figures, robustness, construct audit, independent log-bound audit, reporter-status check); all outputs and figures. Run python run_all.py (Python 3.10+, packages in requirements.txt). It runs the scripts in order and checks 16 headline results against the manuscript. Random seed 20261028. Comtrade data retrieved 27–28 October 2026 and 4 November 2026 via the public API.
