Database and code for: A meta-analysis of carbon losses and gains from tropical moist forest degradation and regeneration

This repository contains the database of the compiled studies and code for the Heinrich, Holcomb et al. publication: A meta-analysis of carbon losses and gains from tropical moist forest degradation and regeneration When using the database, please reference both the database and the Science Advances publication. This repository contains three files: 1. references_info_v2.xsl, which contains all the information of the papers collated for the database. 2. AGC_lossses_forest_type_current_v2.xsl, which contains all the papers/studies used for analysis of the degradation Aboveground Carbon (AGC) loss values. A descripton of all the columns is available in the Supporting Material - Supplementary Table 6. 3. AGC_accumulation_forest_type_current_v2.xsl, which contains all the papers/studies used for analysis of the degradation Aboveground Carbon (AGC) loss values. A descripton of all the columns is available in the Supporting Material - Supplementary Table 6. 4. The code used for plotting all the Figures and Tables in the Main and Supplementary Material.
