6H MP BAC Pools BGI

The International Barley Sequencing Consortium (IBSC)build the basis for Sequencing of barley. Several thousand BACs were sequenced with different protocols and techniques to reveal BACs that constitute the minimal tiling path (MTP) of the barley genome. Here we present the raw data of barley BACs, sequenced in pools, that constitute the MTP of barley chromosome 6H using Illumina HiSeq sequencing machine with a Mate-pair sequencing protocol. The data were sequenced in frame of the IBSC by BGI China.
