kgogh reference k-mer databases for Arabidopsis thaliana karyogram painting

Prebuilt KaryoScope-format k-mer databases used by the kgogh tool to paintArabidopsis thaliana genome assemblies and draw karyograms. Each database is aKMC k-mer index derived from a curated Col-0 (Col-CC v2) reference and labelsassembly regions by feature, in the assembly's own coordinates. The set includes:kgogh_col0_v2 (chromosome of origin, centromeric CEN180 satellite, 45S and 5SrDNA, telomere, other satellites, transposons, genes); kgogh_cen_chrom andkgogh_cen_chrom_k61 (per chromosome centromere identity at k=21 and k=61); andkgogh_position and kgogh_position_500kb (1 Mb and 500 kb positional syntenywindows). The databases are consumed by the kgogh tool(https://github.com/jonasfreudig/kgogh) via the "kgogh download" command.
