Chicken_FAANG

We systematically identified and characterized regulatory elements in the chicken genome by integrating 377 genome-wide sequencing datasets from seven epigenetic marks, chromatin conformation and transcriptome across 23 chicken tissues.  And using these data to interpret the complex trait and domestication in chickens.
