Comma separated files for calcium imaging of Drosophila insulin producing cells (IPCs) or diuretic hormone 44+ (DH44+) cells. Brains were dissected and data collected by confocal imaging while stimulating upstream clock neurons with ATP or while applying synthetic neuropeptides as indicated in csv files. Values are listed by date, sex, brain, and cell, with each value indicated the normalized GCaMP intensity in ~15 second increments (IPCs) or ~12 s increments (DH44+ cells) for each z-stack.
