This article examines the importance, effectiveness, and clinical significance of childhood vaccinations in preventing infectious diseases. The main objective of the study is to analyze the role of immunization in protecting children’s health, reducing morbidity and mortality, and promoting public health. The research is based on comparative-descriptive, statistical, and functional analysis methods. The findings indicate that vaccination significantly reduces the incidence of life-threatening diseases such as measles, polio, and diphtheria. Proper immunization programs ensure long-term immunity and community protection through herd immunity. The study has important theoretical and practical significance in pediatrics and preventive medicine.
