资源简介:
purpose: with the exploitation of petroleum, soil petroleum contamination has become a global environmental problem. In order to develop a new soil remediation technology and explore its microbial mechanism, this study established a traditional degradation bacteria separation technology, surfactant and actual petroleum contaminated soil remediation experiments. Methods: we add two kinds of Bacillus to contaminated soil. high-throughput profiling was performed on all the bacteria in the soil environmental samples. Six soil samples were determined, with a total of 18 samples in each set of three parallel samples. Results: Although we inoculated a large amount of Bacillus at the beginning of the experiment, the 16S data of bacteria indicated that the abundance of Bacillus in soil was very low. Conversely. some bacteria with strong ability to degrade PHs, such as Massilis, became the dominant species. Conclusion: The exogenous degrading bacteria stimulate the interaction network of indigenous PHs degrading bacteria and microbial communities.
