Topological Data Analysis validation of the Z² = 32π/3 framework for protein contact topology. Using Ripser (Vietoris-Rips filtration) on 8 PDB structures (505 H₁ loops), we show that topological death radius (8.48 ± 0.47 Å) is statistically indistinguishable from the Z² prediction (9.14 Å) with p = 0.225. Includes 5 geometric analysis scripts: persistent homology, surface curvature, topological frustration, knot theory, and elastic network models.
