Results from the Analysis of Raw Video Data

Results after analysis of the raw video data. The results for each raw video are contained in individual directories. The structure of the directory tree represents the conditions (different dilutions of myosin were used), days of recording, samples (slides), and videos that were recorded. The data can be analyzed on a per video basis using spreadsheet software, or using methods from our automated video analys software ivma3 (recommended approach, due to large data set size, for more information see https://github.com/lhilbert/ivma3/wiki). For use with ivma3, a ready-made result bundle is supplied within this data set, which can be directly assessed for detalied analysis via MatLab scripts and utility functions in our ivma3 software.
