对乡村的总用电量及用电量趋势进行监测分析并通过总览展示省、市下的乡村空心化情况。分析包括：空心村的分布、空心村预警、空置户预警、空心村类型占比等。

This dataset is designed for monitoring and analyzing the total rural electricity consumption and its temporal trends, as well as visualizing the rural hollowing situation at the provincial and municipal levels via an overview. The analytical scope includes the distribution of hollowed villages, early warning of hollowed villages, early warning of vacant households, and the proportion of various types of hollowed villages, among others.
