This project derived phenomenological models of random HIV-1 infection in order to rigorously identify preferred sites of integration during bona fide HIV-1 infection. The models were applied to several previously published and a some unpublished HIV-1 integration site datasets. The files deposited here contain the raw integration site sequencing data for the unpublished data. Using nomenclature from the study, these samples represent HEK293T #2, Jurkat NT #1, Jurkat NT #2, Jurkat CKD #1, and Jurkat CKD #2.
