资源简介:
The original dataset was compiled to document greenhouse gas production rates under different soil aggregate structures, field warming histories, and incubation temperatures. The database contains treatment information and the corresponding mean values and standard deviations of CO2, N2O, and CH4 emission rates measured during laboratory incubation.
Each record represents a unique experimental treatment defined by the combination of aggregate structural conditions, field warming treatment, and incubation temperature. The dataset includes the following variables:
Treatment
Experimental treatment identifier (T-1 to T-8) representing different aggregate structural configurations.
Macroaggregate
Structural condition of macroaggregates (>250 μm) in the incubation treatment.
Aggregate: intact macroaggregates
Crushed: mechanically disrupted macroaggregates
N.S.: macroaggregates not included in the treatment
Microaggregate
Structural condition of microaggregates (<250 μm) in the incubation treatment.
Aggregate: intact microaggregates
Crushed: mechanically disrupted microaggregates
N.S.: microaggregates not included in the treatment
Field-warming
Field treatment history of the soil prior to incubation.
CK: ambient control plots
OTC: warming plots using open-top chambers
Incubation temperature
Laboratory incubation temperature applied during gas flux measurements (°C), including 9.4 °C and 19.4 °C.
