UCE matrices in phylip format, partitions schemes in nexus format for phylogenomic analyses and their derived phylogenetic trees (in newick format).

We described a new genus of Rhysipolinae for the neotropics. We employed nuclear ultraconserved elements (UCEs) to reconstruct the phylogenetic relationships of Rhysipolinae. The reconstructed phylogenetic hypothesis had high support values for most of the nodes, which allowed us to establish the generic limits within the subfamily and to propose taxonomic changes including the description of a new genus and a new species. Here, we provide the matrices for Maximum Likelihood (ML) analyses based on different completeness percentage of UCE in phylip format with their respective partitions schemes in nexus format. We also attached the trees derived from the matrices.
