资源简介:
To investigate the impact of fluoranthene (Flr) on the accumulation of volatile fatty acids (VFAs) and reduction of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) during waste activated sludge (WAS) alkaline fermentation, the experiments were carried out in 600 mL glass bottles filled with 240 mL of WAS and varying concentrations of Flr (0 (Control), 10, 50, 100, 200 and 500 mg Flr/kg TSS).Under controlled reaction conditions, the reactor reached a steady state after 55 days of operation, indicating a stable production of VFAs. At this point, samples were extracted from both the Control and 200 mg/kg TSS Flr concentration reactors. Following DNA extraction and library construction, metagenomic sequencing was conducted, including sequencing quality control and genome assembly, as well as gene prediction, taxonomy, and functional annotation.
