Use of generative AI capabilities during holiday shopping in the U.S. 2023

As of October 2023, nearly nine in ten U.S. shoppers taking part in a survey expected to use AI technologies for their holiday shopping. Chatbots like ChatGPT were very popular, as 73 percent of the surveyed consumers stated they would use this type of generative AI tool to find coupons, discount codes, and cheaper prices.
