NRS-20840 | Ward discharge and transfer book [Callan Park Hospital]

This series comprises a handwritten notepad used to record patients discharged or transferred from wards at Callan Park Hospital.The notepad has been hand-ruled into columns: Name, Class [classification], Date, and To. The information includes the patients' last and first names, classification for admission to hospital given as abbreviations (e.g. 12-1-C, 12-1-A, Temp., Ineb., CV, CT), date of discharge or transfer, where the patient was sent (e.g. another hospital, discharged or numbers, which may be ward numbers).Entries have been started at different points in the notebook, using both the fronts and backs of some pages. Entries are chronological by date of discharge or transfer.
