Trypanosoma cruzi Sylvio X10 haplotype genome from epimastigotes assembled using PacBio HiFi and Pore-C by the Cestari Lab. Thirty-one chromosomes were assembled, 27 from telomere to telomere, and four chromosomes contain one telomere. There are 39 small scaffolds of about 68,000 bp. The maxicircle was also assembled. Two haplotypes of chromosome 22 were assembled; this submission includes the larger haplotype covering both haplotype sequences. This genome assembly version is 1.0.
