资源简介:
The data was collected primarily to validate a mathematical/psychometric model used to assess the food fraud intentions of respondents or subjects, S. The data was collected using an online survey tool between November 2021 and February 2022. The total number of participants was 54. The respondents were selected from the Zimbabwe food manufacturing industry and academics. The demographic questions collected data about respondent's age, sex, work experience, location, industry, and work position. The survey contains 39 questions or items which gather reactions and opinions regarding activities that may or may not lead to food fraud. All the questions have a dichotomous scale with YES/NO or GOOD/BAD options. The options were coded as follows 1-YES/GOOD and 0-NO/BAD. The questions were divided into two categories, group 1 was related to malicious intent (\Pi) and group 2 to ethical fading-bounded ethicality (\Omega). The rest of the data gives values of parameters or variables in the models. For instance, f - food fraud intention, f_{A} -actual response set from the survey tool/subjects, f_{T} -theoretical response set based on literature, \beta_{f} -difference ratio, and \Lambda -the difference between f_{T} and f_{A}.
