GNPS - OAI cohort study (serum samples)

Untargeted LC-MS/MS data for serum samples from patients with knee osteoarthritis (OAI cohort). OAI subcohorts:
- progression: patients with clinically significant KOA at t0 followed for worsening of disease during the follow-up;
- incidence: patients without clinically significant knee OA at baseline, but selected based on having specific characteristics which give them an increased risk of developing incident symptomatic knee OA during the study;
- non-exposed: reference control group whose participants did not have either symptomatic knee OA or risk factors at t0
