In this study we performed single cell and single nucleus RNA sequencing of PCW17 and PCW18 human spinal cord Overall design: We profiled a total of 4 samples. Two PCW17 samples and two PCW18 samples were collected, with one sample per timepoint processed as single cells and one sample processed as single nuclei.
