资源简介:
UV-induced CPDs were mapped in primary skin melanocytes or normal human skin fibroblasts following either UVC or UVB irradiation and in isolated human genomic DNA (naked DNA control) that was UVB or UVC irradiated. CPDs were mapped across the human genome using the CPD-capture-seq method and the resulting libraries were captured for ~4000 genomic regions of interest (~3 Mbp) of the human genome by the company Rapid Genomics prior to Illumina sequencing Overall design: A method known as CPD-capture-seq was used to map the formation of UV-induced CPDs across the genome of primary human melanocytes (NHEM 2) and normal human skin fibroblasts (NHF1) cells after they were irradiated with a UVB or UVC light. As a control experiment, isolated human genomic DNA was irradiated with UVB or UVC light (naked DNA control) and CPDs were mapped using CPD-capture-seq and the resulting libraries were captured for ~4000 genomic regions of interest (~3 Mbp) of the human genome by the company Rapid Genomics prior to Illumina sequencing
