Dysregulation of RNAs expression is commonly found in cancer and considered to be involved in tumor pathogenesis. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of RNA expression in colorectal cancer. Overall design: Three paired CRC tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. The global profiling of human RNAs was screened with Clariom D human arrays.
