资源简介:
Gestational hypertension nephropathy is a disease that causes serious complications for both mother and child, including early separation of the normal placenta, HELLP syndrome, and eclampsia. Insufficient remodeling of the spiral arteries has been implicated as a factor in the pathogenesis of the disease, but the detailed mechanism has not yet been elucidated. In particular, there are reports that the prognosis of infants with early-onset gestational hypertension nephropathy (onset at <34 weeks) differs from that with late-onset gestational hypertension nephropathy (onset at 34 weeks or later). In this study, we aimed to clarify the difference between early-onset and late-onset gestational hypertension nephropathy using the placenta, which is said to be one of the causes of the disease.
