Genomic Profiling of Anaplastic/Undifferentiated Thyroid Carcinoma

Thyroid Cancer is the most common endocrine cancer globally. Undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma or anaplastic thyroid cancer (ATC) is one of the most aggressive human cancers and is associated with a very poor prognosis. The Molecular mechanism of cancerigenesis is still elusive and less well-studied. Here, we evaluate the genomic landscape of ATC using Next-Generation sequencing, which can expand our molecular understanding of the disease and pave the way for targeted therapy.
