This is a record on cards, separate cards having been made under the name of each lessee. Each card shows the surname and Christian names of lessee and the registered number of the annual lease. As a record of correspondence, each card shows registered or reference number of papers received, date of communication, from whom received, subject, decision (if any). (9/1784-800). 17 boxes.
