This repository contains the data used in the paper "All-optical frequency division on-chip using a single laser." The accompanying Matlab code to plot the data is also included. Fig. 1b and Fig. 1e are generated with "plotConcept.m" with data files "OPODemo.mat" and "Bifurcation.mat." Fig. 2a is generated with "plotClassicalSimulation.m" with data file "OPOFullnoise7.txt." Fig. 2b and Fig. 2c is generated with "plotSynchroTheory.m" with data file "synchrosimulation.mat." Fig. 2c is generated with "plotSynchroBandwidth.m" with data file "output3.txt." Fig. 3a is generated with "plotLockingBandwidth.m" with data files "Beatnote_*.txt." Fig. 3b is generated with "plotLockingBandwidth2D.m." Fig. 3c is generated with "plotSynchroSpectrum.m" with data files "W0000.CSV" and "WaveData20230123_000.csv." Fig. 3e and 3f are generated with "plotSynchroNoise.m" with data files "Synchro220GHz_2.mat" and "thermalnoise2.mat." Fig. 4b is generated with "plot16GHzSynchroSpectrum.m" with data files "W0008.CSV" and "WaveData20230815_018.csv." Fig. 4c and Fig 4d are generated with "plot16GHz.m" with data file "16GHzSynchrom.mat."
