These are OTU tables generated from seawater and plastic biofilm samples in Hong Kong. Read counts are provided. OTUs generated from the DNA sequences are classified to the phylum, class, order, family, genus and species level with SILVA and GTDB. Analysis was done with QIIME2. Files are in .xlsx format, easily readable. Includes sequence data from metagenomic analysis of the seawater and plastic biofilm samples. Data was submitted to the SRA database. BioProject accession number is PRJNA922935. Data will be released 2024-02-01. <br> <br>
