资源简介:
The role of ESCO2 in breast cancer has not been thoroughly investigated. In this study, lentiviral transfection was used to regulate ESCO2 expression in breast cancer cells, and related experiments were conducted to investigate the impact of ESCO2 on breast cancer proliferation and metastasis. Western blot (WB) was employed to analyze changes in ESCO2 expression levels and alterations in AKT/mTOR pathway proteins. The EdU assay demonstrated the effect of ESCO2 on breast cancer proliferation. Transwell and wound-healing assays revealed the influence of ESCO2 on the migration and invasion capabilities of breast cancer cells. Breast cancer cells with knocked-down ESCO2 were transplanted subcutaneously and via the tail vein into nude mice, and the effects of ESCO2 on breast cancer proliferation and metastasis were observed through HE, TUNEL, and ki67 staining. This dataset comprises the original data for the paper titled "ESCO2 Promotes Breast Cancer Progression via AKT/mTOR Signaling: A Potential Therapeutic Target." The filenames correspond to the respective experiments.
